Shipping and Delivery

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Xpress Post service with tracking information and email notification. Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and order weight. Most orders in-stock products ship within 1 business day for Ground shipments.

Note: Our business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of public holidays. Order status and tracking information may be monitored through the Your Account section of the site.

International Shipments

We do not ship orders outside Canada, please emails us we may consider based on location and country. The price of shipping will be determined based on the weight of your order. 

Back orders

If products are on backorder we will provide you with an estimated ship date for the backordered products, usually by e-mail. You are also able to check on an order’s status through the Your Account section of our site.

Free Shipping

Our margins so low that we cannot afford to offer free shipping at this time.

Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice. Conserve Wise reserves the right to notify customers of inventory changes at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order or to limit the order quantity on any product ordered. Your order confirmation is an offer to buy, not a completed sales contract. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between us will take place on the shipment of the products ordered. If your order is cancelled, the authorization on your card will be voided. If your card has been charged, a refund will be issued to your credit card

Packaging and Shipping Notes

At Conserve Wise has environment friendly motive and also reduce cost, we strive to reuse packaging boxes whenever possible.

Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the Post Office considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the ship day, please contact our Customer Service Representative to file a claim.
